First of all, I found the mountain bike pedals I was looking for at Merlin Cycles for less money than anywhere else on the internet. When I received them, I also accidentally received two other products from them I had not ordered (turns out is was a shipping label mistake). I contacted customer service. Because I live in a different country they couldn't send me shipping labels to send them back to them, so they asked if I would be willing to front the cost and they would reimburse me. I was nervous about it but did it and sent them the receipt for my expenses. Not only did they credit my account for the expense, they also gave me two gift vouchers. I was able to order some new bar grips for almost nothing! I appreciated their prompt response and that they went above and beyond to thank me for my time/effort.
