I was impressed with the goods - this made buying an anniversary gift for a couple who like good food and good wine so easy. I didn't think they would be able to deliver in time as I had left it far too late but they did so I will definitely use them again.
Professional and friendly service. Have been kept up to date regarding delivery although I haven't received item yet I know it is in transit. Have used Internet Gardner before with excellent service and that is why I used them again.
There was a technical problem with ordering on the website when I initially tried to order so I phoned them (it does say "Can We Help" Contact us on .....). Unfortunately the woman who answered was not prepared to help I was told I couldn't order over the phone and had to try the website later when the problem was fixed - hard to believe but ok I had to leave it until the next day. All went through and package arrived. The trousers were too big so I needed to exchange them - I thought it would be best to phone as I needed the trousers in the next few days - most unhelpful woman (it was the same one I recognised the voice) told me I had to do it online she spoke in a most condescending manner. I tried to do this online and each time I clicked onto the item the system aborted.
I had to phone again fortunately I was answered by Alexandra who was VERY helpful and I placed the new order with her without any problem 5 stars to Alexandra. The reason I am giving very low stars is because of my encounter with the Most unhelpful woman who made me feel that my custom was not welcome and that I should certainly not phone the "Can We Help" number in any event. If this woman worked for me with that attitude she would be out the door she has no customer service skills whatsoever.
