Struggling to make decent contact to resolve an issue

Delivery bang on time but unfortunately to wrong address! Tried to log on without success claiming my email was not recognised. Contacted support desk who sent me a new password which works on fusion support desk but still not recognised on main website which is most frustrating.
I'm sure this is just a glich but does cast an unnecessary shadow on what is a very good site and would definitely recommend to friends.

Hi there,

The login on our website is only in the checkout to remember your address. It is not needed at all and does nothing more.

The fusion support you dont need a password just click to email us.
