Found just the right low energy product at a price that I could not find lower elsewhere

Was looking for under kitchen cabinet LED lighting and went first to a firm that I had used for LED's before. They did not have the product in warm white so I entered a search term in Google and found that Simplelighting had a better range and at a lower price. I had to use the on-line chat to clarify one or two points. This service worked very well although sometimes technical terms were used that I did not completely understand. One of the lamps that I ordered was faulty. There was a good returns service and the lamp was replaced by return of post.
