ELENDIG/INGEN service men tilgengæld dyrt!

Efter at have bestilt en flyrejse tur/retur til Milano - fordoblede SAS deres priser for at medbringe ski. 1000kr t/r for at medbringe ski!!!! (I øvrigt dobbelt så meget som deres dyreste konkurrenter). Hos SAS har man ingen man kan ringe til hvis man vil klage - man kan skrive en mail og klage "men man skal være forberedt på lang svartid for de har travt" (I wonder why!!).
Skal du have odd size bagage med fx sportsudstyr - så gå en lang bue udenom SAS. Personligt vil jeg så vidt muligt undgå SAS på alle flyvninger fremover.
Havde gerne givet 0 stjerner, hvis man kunne.
SAS overlever ikke hvis de ikke strammer gevaldigt op!

Der er mulighed for at gøre et kup her! De har ikke altid varen på lager på trods af at webshoppen indikerer det. Men der er aldrig problemer med at få penge tilbage eller returneret et fejlkøb.

PAS PÅ - PS reklamerer med lagervarer de ikke har og hæver penge fra din konto uden at sende produktet

Jeg har haft en meget dårlig oplevelse med Pointshop.dk. Jeg bestilte et sæt Marshall høretelefoner til en billig pris. Det var en lagervare og der var 7 stk høretelefoner tilbage på lageret ifølge siden, ville de blive afsendt samme dag. Hvis man blev medlem af deres side for 5 kr for de første 5 dage, (derefter ca 200kr om måneden), ville fragten være gratis...
Jeg modtog en bestillingsbekræftelse og dagen efter blev pengene hævet fra min konto - men ingen ordrebekræftelse. Et par dage efter kontaktede jeg deres "kunderservice" vi tlf. (åbningstid fra 12-14!!), og snakkede her med en meget ubehøvlet dame, der forsikrede mig at alt var ok med min ordre men at hun ikke kunne sende mig en ordrebekræftelse. I stedet skulle jeg oprette en sag på hos deres skriftlige support - hvor jeg kunne efterlyse min vare.
Efter en dag fik jeg svar på at der desværre var sket en fejl på deres lager(?) og at jeg ville få returneret mine penge. Det har jeg ikke fået endnu - så det bliver spændende om jeg får mine penge retur.
MEN udover den dårlige kundeservice og at jeg hverken har produkt eller penge nu, så har jeg 2 spørgsmål der mangler at blive besvaret.
1. Hvorfor bliver betalingen trukket fra ens konto inden ordren er behandlet eller bekræftet (det er såvidt jeg ved ikke lovligt)?

2. Hvorfor står dette produkt stadig som lagervare på jeres hjemmeside (der er stadig 7 stk på lager - som der også var den dag jeg bestilte dem) på trods af jeg lige har fået at vide på skrift at de IKKE har produktet på lager?

Det er min første og sidste oplevelse med dette pointshop/pointdeal/etc., men jeg er ret overbevist om, at dette ikke er et ærligt selskab og at man skal holde sig væk.

Først vil jeg gerne beklage den oplevelse du har haft med vores support. Vi tager dette meget seriøst og har også påpeget dette overfor vores medarbejder.

Dernæst vil vi gerne beklage sagens forløb og som vi besvarede dig i din supporthenvendelse, er der tale om en enkeltstående fejl.

Fejlen er opstået på vores lager som fejlagtig kom til at markere din ordre som afsendt på trods af at dette ikke var tilfældet.

Vi hæver først beløbet når vores pakker forlader vores lager, og derfor blev du også trukket for beløbet da vi troede pakken var afsendt.

Sluttelig, da vi tror alt er i den skønneste orden afslutter vi ordren hvilket betyder du sidder tilbage uden din pakke da den ikke er afsendt. Dette er ikke godt nok og vi er rigtig kede af fejlen som er vores.

Der er altså tale om en menneskelig fejl som vi beklager for mange gange.

Pengene blev desuden refunderet direkte efter vi fandt fejlen samt modtog din henvendelse.

In short! I was not satisfiied with the product I received and wrote review below. However, there was no problem returning the bought item and it is clear that this shop does alot to keep their customers happy.

Jeg har lige købt 2 Lightning to USB kabler - det fremstår INTET sted at det ikke er originale kabler - og det er det IKKE. De har dårlig kombatibilitet og stikket passer ikke 100% til en Iphone 5. Jeg fravalgte bevisdst de steder på nettet med uoriginale kabler og var ud fra billeder og tekst overbevist om det var originale kabler. De kostede da også dobbelt så meget som uoriginale kabler fra konkurrerende virksomheder. Så med andre ord falsk varebetegnelse.

Thank you for your respond and your call. This alone shows that you take your business and clients serious. However, I have to comment on your feedback.

You talk about Apple covers and keyboards etc. I do not really care what other web shops do, as I usually only trade on a few webshops that I trust and have good experiences with. The fact that Apple does not produce the cables themselves are 100% irrelevant – as I told you in the phone this is not unusual. BUT Apple guarantees that their products are alright and live up to a certain standard (otherwise they would not put their name on the cable).

You say:

Well you can simply just say that this is an unoriginal cable (this way you do not have to say what you are not – and it would mislead no one). Only argument for not stating that this is an unoriginal item is that sale would perhaps decrease!
Futhermore, the picture of the product on your website is NOT identical to the actual product you sent. The picture of the cable on your web site is white (as Apples cables), and the cable you sent me is grey (copy). This misleads the customer to think you get something else than you actually pay for.

Last but not least – what happens if cables from you webshop breaks the apple item because it is not a 100% match (because it is not)?

Again thank you for your feedback – I will return the cables and buy original cables – as I fear the cables from you will damage my Iphone.

Thank you for your review. We have to be much better in our quality control for our products. As far as information concern, we have added a "Disclaimer" under the "Information" section in our shop and will add on the "NOT Apple" gradually to product descriptions. Hope this can reduce any disappointment as you have experienced to any other future users . Thanks for your feedback so that we can improve :-)

Thank you for your order and taking your time to review us here. I can understand that you're frustrated particularly when you made an extra effort to avoid the copy products.

As a web shop owner selling white labels products, we are very conscious and careful of not misleading our customers. Compare to some other web shops that describe their products as for example “Apple iPhone 5 cover” while what they meant is cover to Apple iPhone 5, I think we are very honest in our product description.

I suppose you know that Apple does not produce any accessories themselves. All covers are produced by third parties. Cables are by outside contractors. Keyboards. Oh, Don't get me started. Steve Jobs hated keyboards :-)

As we all know, Apple does not produce a product so that other can sell them cheaper than in Apple Store. I generally advise my customers to ask their vendors (if they claims their products are original) where do they get their products.

Sadly the market as it is now is either Apple or not Apple. You pay the high price in Apple Store. Apple get 30% by endorsing the manufacturer. You get the guarantee. If you don't want to pay for that price, you run a risk. Then it's a matter of how honest the other vendors are.

We have no where in our site, product descriptions or pictures hint or try to mislead users to have the impression that we are Apple. As I understand that you are frustrated for we do NOT say what we NOT are. But we are not SamSung. We are not HTC. We are not Russian. We are not potato. If we have to claim what we are not, the list will be very long. :-) I will therefore insist that your claim of “falsk varebetegnelse” not valid since we in no way has proclaimed we as Apple original.

As for the product that you are not satisfied, we have 30 days return policy. Since you had not contacted our customer service, we have no way to resolve this. As I told you in our phone conversation yesterday, you will get your full refund once we received the products.

As far as price is concerned, you can always find someone selling stuff cheaper and it's your choice to bet your money on it. But without documentation of two products being 100% identical, I found your statement more an expression of your frustration than your normal sensible mind when doing price and product comparison.

In short, I can understand your disappointment, particularly when you have such a high expectation of us. I take that as a compliment and will strive for living it up. To a reasonable extent. :-)
