good product, quick service, poor packaging.

I bought a greenhouse heater (a long glass tube). The delivery company fully mangled one end of the packaging and I was amazed it was still in working order. There was also a big hole in the centre of the packet. Fortunately it works fine.

We would happily have replaced the heater had we been informed of this damage. However, it's a bit difficult for us to help if the first we know about any issues is through receipt of adverse feedback.
