Purchased guitar on Saturday, however, was told they needed to order the guitar from another store in England, said it would be here by Tuesday ( 4 days after purchase). After two weeks I had to telephone Guitar Guitar for them to tell me that they have misplaced the guitar. I feel the customer care was poor, no once did anyone from the shop try to call me to explain this. If I didn't call how long would I have waited to find out the guitar was misplaced.
