Unfortunately the coats I bought for my 2 chihuaha pups were just too big. Not a fault of pet supermarket at all. Rang them to explain and they just asked me to return them for a full refund (using a freepost address). Received a call to say that the goods had been received back and a refund would be processed. Cash back in bank in no time. Brilliant service - hassle free. Will definitely use this company again. Thank you so much for being so helpful and efficient. :-)
