I ordered a case for my son's guitar which was needed for a particular day the following week. According to the delivery schedule, it would arrive the day before it was needed at the latest. I made sure that DJM had positive feedback about delivering on time, and ordered online.
Unfortunately my order seemed to have slipped through the net - I received an email saying it'd been despatched but when it didn't arrive, I phoned and was told that there was a glitch in the system and it hadn't actually gone out of the warehouse though it had been marked as sent.
This was very disappointing but the man on the phone assured me that he would refund delivery charge, and put it on a next day delivery. This was too late for the event, but I appreciated the way the problem was resolved quickly.
