Timely, friendly, straight forward
Can't really comment on the product - difficult to get gushy overf a novelty T-Shirt but perfectly acceptable anyway

Fire box retrieval Magnet - does exactly what you'd expect
I burn a lot of wooden pallets in our stove and hate throwing the ash out full of nails. The retrieval magnet is excellent for raking through the (cold) ashes - it picks up every nail and screw - 20-30 per pass
Pulling back on the handle releases the nails etc into your recycling bin and the ash is left pretty much 100% cleaned up.
Sales and delivery were prompt and straightforward and I would recommend this tool to anyone who burns 2nd hand wood in their stove.
I have only one gripe - why can't the retrieval magnet sort out the bent nails from the straight ones !
