Literature did not explain that the customer would be paying entry and exit charges from the car park.
Unless all advertising is full, honest and clear you will lose customers. Including me.

As denoted on our website, there should only be small exit fee of £2.80 to pay when you return to Stansted. As booking agents for Orange meet and greet, we have never heard of a client being charged an entry and exit fee. I will contact the manager of Orange to seek clarification on what might have happened, and contact you directly with the result of my investigation.
