I was really excited about the bunk bed for our kids ordered in January but after waiting a week with no news after ordering it on the internet, I recieve a call from a polite gentleman telling me that the bunk bed is out of stock and that we will get it delivered in March.After that no communication from the company for a while. I chased the delivery and after that communication got better and we finally got our bunkbed delivered End of March. There was an issue with the mattresses as well (out of stock) but this was solved by First Furniture who upgraded our choise of mattress for free. I also received the drawers for a reduced price as compensation so we are happier now. Kids love the bunk bed. Very comfy and looks great.
