Fast delivery and good communication of progress on order.
My only gripe would be the value offered by the gift wrapping service - nicely wrapped but the actual paper and ribbon was of a much lower quality than I would have expected and I was pretty underwhelmed - ended up unwrapping and doing it again.

I am however sorry to hear you feel the wrapping paper and ribbon used was of a lower quality than expected. We source all our wrapping supplies from industry leading manufacturers and our team ensure all gift items are wrapped in suitable paper and to a set standard before leaving us. We do however appreciate your feedback and will raise your concerns in our service review.
