Utterly unethical

I was waiting for a parcel to be delivered and sitting in the kitchen, which overlooks the front driveway. I had the text giving the hour window they would be here, and then all of a sudden there was an email saying that they had come to the house but had recieved no answer and left a card.

This is utter lies, No-one came to the house, no-one called to get directions, and no-one answered the phone when I tried to contact DPD to discuss the matter.

This is not the first time this has happened and I hardly think it will be the last. un-reliable and irresponsible. It's lucky that this isn't a hugely important parcel, but I did need it to be delivered today.

Not impressed.
