I've already bought stuff in this website, and had it delivered in my house back in Brazil. This time I was staying in UK and thought that I should enjoy their prices and fast delivery. But, I had a problem with my delivery, since I was staying in a hotel and their frontman sent my package back to the company. I had only two days left in UK and was feeling hopeless. I couldn't believe a mistake made a frontman would ruin my buying. I called BeautyBay and explained my situation. They told me that my package hadn't arrived back yet, but they would sent me another one anyway. I received it on the next day and felt extremelly happy.
