Damaged goods on arrival. - Full refund without even asking!

I ordered a tin barbour thornproof wax and tin was damaged and split on arrival. Could not be bothered to return as more hassle than the £10 goods were worth. Ended up purchasing a tin of barbour wax from local supplier - more expense but less hassle.
UPDATE :- well done for fantastic customer service! This was a glowing example of how to look after customer ! After initial review I was contacted and informed I would be receiving a full refund and this was in bank within 15 min.
I would happily use this again and recommend to friends.
