I ordered a Potterton controller on 13 Jan 2013 and after a week chased its whereabouts. On a 'livechat' a BHL rep told me that there was a problem with Potterton parts and that it would be early Feb before I might receive it. Well, it's nearly mid Feb now and I still don't have it, nor has anyone bothered to update me with the latest status.
I received an invite to review the company's performance here, which is comical given that I haven't received what I ordered in the first place.
