Damaged goods still awaiting replacement!

The quad I ordered was delivered promptly however the packaging was badly damaged and the quad was found to be missing the rear axle and several screws, the chassis was cracked and the stickers damaged. This quad was a gift for my 4 year old who was absolutely devastated not to be able to use it! I expresses this to fun 4 kids and only received a reply after several emails. 1 week on I am still awaiting confirmation as to when I can expect to have this situation rectified. The company are not contactable by telephone and extremely slow to respond to emails. A shame when the initial delivery was prompt!
