Looks like they are quite hit or miss this company. Helmet took over two weeks to arrive and then was the wrong size. Sent it back asking for a full refund and surprise surprise no responce for another two weeks. Phoned today and advised that a full refund will be provided in the next 3 days. I'll let you know if this happens otherwise its off to trading standards. Avoid the frustration and shop elsewhere.
