it was adaquate
ordering was fine but trying to get a delivery date was a chore,it took at least 6 phonecalls to get it sorted.

Delivery was completed as per our terms and conditions within the time frame on our site.
To keep costs down for you the customer, we offer options on delivery. Standard delivery is with-in 3-5days. You received your goods on the fifth working day and you were called the day before by the carriers to book in delivery with yourself.
At the point of ordering, you have an option of next day delivery, that allows for the customer to know when delivery is expected, with out waiting for the call to book it in.
A email was responded to informing you of the expected delivery window on the first working day. In this you were forwarded the same information. Due to the 3-5 day window, stated upon ordering we can not supply information more specific than that, the delivery company do book in delivery when it is at your local hub the day before.
