Awful service, avoid at all costs

After going in store and selecting the sofa we wanted, we were asked by the sales assistant if we had 7ft of clearance between floor and ceiling, which we confirmed we had. Delivery day came, and the removal men then attempted to bring the sofa into our house, only to discover that the sofa was in fact too tall and would not fit. Also, the fabric had a large tear in it, which I pointed out to the delivery men, and they remarked 'Oh that's ok, you can just sew that up', what a joke. To make matters worse, CSL then charged us an additional £120 to take the sofa back, and instead of just refunding us our money minus this ridiculous charge, they insist that we pay the additional charge and they refund us in full with store credit. Absolute joke, never use CSL, ever.
