Excellent service, great boots
I bought a pair of Merrell Prevoz boots in the sale (£92.95 total price) and found a problem with one of them, which had its inner sole positioned incorrectly. This resulted in the sole peeling away from the inside of the boot, which made it uncomfortable. Country House Outdoor's Lydia sent me a free return postage label by email and my replacement boots arrived two working days after I had sent off the old boots. Excellent after sales service, so they are highly recommended by me. The new boots are superb, look great and are very comfortable.
