HI,
I'd been searching shops and the internet for a certain type of guitar pick . I explained to the guy on the phone, he understood what I was talking about, and then spent 10 minutes finding them from a huge box. He did me a special deal and they arrived by post the next day. Brilliant service for £3's worth of guitar pick. I'd never heard of the shop before but will use them again.
