Everything was going well until it came to the actual payment of the cash. My payment was held back without warning and when I asked why, I was accused of not following the fair use policy. After I had to explain myself and and virtually prove they had accidentally grouped me in the wrong category, I was finally granted payment. However I was very angry with the way the whole issue was handled

I am really sorry that you were grouped in the incorrect category. As you can imagine we do have to have systems in place to ensure that cash back is only paid on genuine transactions and ensure that members are not making fraudulent transactions.
