Customer service brilliant NOT!!!!!!!!

Called plumbnation because one of my rads sprung a leak. Spoke to one woman, Said shed call me back, waited 48hrs to hear back but nothing. Called again spoke to a bloke this time, explained id called before and said there was no record of it. He told me he'd speak to the supplier and get back to me the next morning. Next morning came and went so, called again, this time another woman answered the phone. She said the fault would be with my heating system, something in it caused the rad to leak/rot/rust etc. then said I'd av to buy a new rad then possibly send the old one back for testing. Only then then would I know if I'd get my money back for buying the replacement rad. Ive spoken to a couple heating engineers and they said it would more likely be rad at fault. She then said she'd call me after she'd spoken to de longi the rad maker. But yet again no return phone call. They maybe one the cheapest, but that's reflected in the very very poor customer service in my opinion. Others may have had better experience
