PLACED ORDER FOR MY DAD'S BIRTHDAY PRESENT (HIS BIRTHDAY WAS ON FEBRUARY 4TH) AND THE ORDER WAS PLACED ON JANUARY 26TH. RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHCIH SAID THEY WILL LET ME KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WAS DISPATCHED AND I NEVER RECEIVED THIS.
HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED ANY ITEMS I ORDERED! YET MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM MY BANK..... UNACCEPTABLE.
TRIED RINGING THE ORDER QUERY LINE A FEW TIMES BUT EACH TIME EITHER NO ANSWER OR ENGAGED TONE.
