You only find out how good a company is when something goes wrong!!

Placed an order for a mares dive knife to take away on holiday, mikes dive store were having difficulty with getting the order through mares and couldn't get their hands on the item I wanted. Gave them a call and they sent me a more expensive dive knife AND said that when mares do get their distribution in the UK together they will be sending through the original item I ordered without me having to return the dive knife they gave me. Blown away never seen customer service like it, wont be buying from any other dive shop again 10/10 superb. Buy with absolute confidence.
