You got the order half right!

ordered online to come to the house, the one part was correct which was a left side lower ball joint, but the right side was totally different, i had to take it back to gsf oldbury where the chap said he didnt do refunds it had to go back to head office. He didnt offer to do this for me and didnt offer an apology for the hassle caused or an explanation to why it may be wrong. i asked to order another to which he said they might just send the same again. its obvious to me i wanted the one in the picture on the website and he could have checked that befor i drove over the next day! . i had to ask him if he would please send it back to head office for me also.
maybe just a grumpy chap who had a bad day, but it cost me time and petrol to try and rectify a gsf mistake, left me quite unhappy waiting for a part to finish a job!
