Following my previous review, I received information about a delivery I should have in the next three weeks. It was on the 12th of February. Guess what ? I havn't received it. So now, the company will refund me or will get news from an attorney. The DGCCRF (French agency for fraud fight) has been notified and kindly offered legal advice.
As many people reported, you first place an order. Then you get the bad news that delivery will take a long time (up to 3 month). Of course, you didn't read the terms of service.
Then when delivery is due, you did NOT receive anything, you call them and some outsourced call center will inform you that delivery was postponed because their asian supplier had a problem. When you ask for a refund and be a bit louder, they even said to me that "they are awaiting for my lawyer letter". (I still have the .WAV from my answering machine, they will regret this).
Avoid them at all costs.
Btw, [Link] does advertise for them. If you were victims, report the case to [Link]. They are a fraud :
You can also ask your bank for a chargeback. In some countries, having not received the merchandise is a valid chargeback reason.
