Kwik Fit

Communication failure between online order department and mobile service department

Satisfactory pricing, and a pleasant and efficient mobile fitter....BUT.....he brought 2 tyres of same size on his first visit when my order was for different sizes for front and rear. This caused me to suffer further 3 days delay until the correct tyre was delivered and fitted.
Also, why is my local Kwik Fit depot unable to match the pricing on Kwik Fit's own website? Crazy!
