very poor after care service

order lost, had to wait 10 days before any replacement would be sent, told it would be with me next day, 4 days later and still not got it, now have to wait for petmeds to look into it, meanwhile i have had to get 3 prescriptions to tide me over, cost of those and the petrol has eaten up any money i saved buying online, dunno if i will again.
