the best way to force customer to use another dealer is:
do not allow them to buy at the internation/german shop.
and force them to go to the crappy danish shop.
why do i have to search my orders on the german page,
send what i want to the danish customer support,
wait some days/weeks/years. then place your oders on the danish webpagae again.( hopefully you have noting forgotten )
and the order at the danish page.
then wait wait wait.
maybe they respond or not.
i suggest: better find another company to order what you want.
I ordered 3 Led Lights. They got my money, and now i am waiting since three months. I tried to contact them 2 times , but got 2 nearly identical answers.
Dont order here., better give you money to me, i will send to you at least 3 identical emails.
