I am really sorry that your cash back has been slow at progressing. We do have to wait for the merchant to pass on the funds to the affiliate network who then pass this on to us so that we can award our members with the cash back.

As you can imagine some merchants take longer than others to pass on the payment, but as soon as we receive the funds the cash back will progress to Payable.

If you provide us with your username we can take a look into this to see if your cash back is progressing as expected?
