I was promised delivery for today (Russell) Monday 12th February of my Boiler (flexicom 24)
- at 2 pm I checked with Russell - again - yes it was booked in with courier.... I then phoned and spoke to Dev and later 4-15pm ish Sean; Sean then said he would phone me back after speaking to the couriers. At 4.30 pm (I was called and PROMISED) told that they ( the courier) had contacted the driver, and that they would be delivering at 5.15pm at the LATEST - although any probs to call them in the morning - but that was " highly unlikely" as the driver was en route.
I waited with my client until 6PM!! NOTHING - no explanation etc. So whilst I have purchased a good value boiler - i wasted 10 hours of my day to wait for the boiler as the client was elderly and disabled. I am dissapointed, and I will not be using this sevice again - if it is not here tomorrow, you can keep it and I will go with HPS to get a more costly one - you have misslead me, caused me wasted time, and made the lady im working for unhappy - Very Very dissapointed - shame on you!!!!
