EXCELLENT SERVICE - Unexpected these days

Customer Service is obvious a priority with this Company as the communication regarding delivery was second to none. I was given a 2 hour time slot the day before and I was told the names of the delivery team (Richard and Steve) who phoned me 30 minutes before delivery and they arrived on the button. As the delivery address was different to the invoice address it was crucial that we knew when we had to be there and I have to say it went like clockwork. I was also impressed with the two day delivery from ordering the range cooker. The cooker fits the job just perfect and is smart and simple to use. The price was amazing too. Very pleased indeed.
