Let down.

I chose to order from this company as they delivered. I checked with the company that they would deliver to my garden, as the chances were, I may be at work. On the day of delivery I was told that the delivery man would tell me when he was on his way. I received a rude phone call while I was out 'I'm here with fences...my job is not to move them, they always tell you that I'll do that on the phone, but that's not my job. Are you coming or shall I leave them at the side of the road? ' I had to quickly ring around and get a friend to nip over, who was promptly told it was his problem to get the fence panels to the garden. I will not be using this company again.

We are sorry to hear that the delivery service did not live up to expectations, deliveres in the south west are delivered from a hub at our request and I apologise for the delivery drivers attitude. The standard procedure would be for the driver to call you 30mins prior to arrival to make you aware that he is on his way, he is then only required to deliver the item to the front of the property however many of our own drivers will help carry it to the rear garden if offered assistance. We hope that you are happy with the fence panels themselves, once agian we are sorry that you were let down by the delivery service.
