I don't understand the bad reviews,never had any problems with IWOOT ever

I was stuck for Xmas present ideas and as usual managed to find inspiration on the IWOOT website. I was worried whether it would get to the recipients in time (as usual I was very late buying anything) but it was fine, everything got there in time. I've bought items from IWOOT for years albeit not that frequently, but I've never had a bad experience. Then again I've never had to return anything either, so can't vouch for how they handle problems.
