Cannot logon to my account!

I have used this service for some years to make transfers from UK to France, via the internet, with little problem. Last year I experienced problems completing the transaction with pages being difficult to load. In December the system failed completely, though it all worked well via a bureau computer. According to the service dept the problem was with 'French system providers', and nothing could be done about it. It was never suggested that I use telephone transfers. I had the feeling I was rather a nuisance. I now use another provider.

Thanks for taking the time to post your review.

Despite extensive testing, we've been unable to replicate the problem you and a handful of other clients based in France have experienced. In fact when we try to replicate the issue, the problem does not appear to be our site, but rather is potentially related to general connectivity issues in France as the few clients affected all seem to have either Free, Alice or Orange as their ISP. As I said though it literally is a handful of clients who seem to be experiencing an intermittent issue hence why we cannot replicate it.

We should however, have agreed to do the transaction for you over the phone even though it was below our offline minimum. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused - and rest assured I've reminded our customer services team.
