I selected Lords because they were the most competitively priced suppliers for the item I was looking for.
I ordered over the telephone & spoke with a polite and efficient male member of staff. It was all going so well.... but then the product didn't arrive next day, as advertised... nor the next week, nor the week after that. I telephoned and emailed, but was getting nowehere. Promises to get back to me by a female member of staff never materialised. Only after more than 3 wks, when I asked for a refund, was a replacement product sent. Apparently the original had been dispatched, but had gone awol and nobody could explain where it was.
On the second occasion, the delivery arrived next day, beautifully packaged.
It was probably a problem with the delivery company, however, I think it took Lords an unreasonable amount of time to sort it out. In the end however, the package was delivered and the polite, efficient sounding man I ordered the product with apologised for the delay. I suppose it's lucky I wasn't in a massive rush : )
