I’m sorry that the delivery wasn’t made within the two days, I have looked at the tracking with our couriers and it does seem that they tried to deliver on the 6th which was within the two day deadline and they left a card as there was no answer. The goods then did go out again on the 7th and 8th and it seems that you were closed unfortunately, our couriers normally delivery between 8am – 6pm you can always leave notes on the order with your opening times and the couriers are normally very good at trying to deliver between these times.
