Customer service is all about how companies deal with you when things don't go to plan.
I bought a guitar and amp and they shipped me a guitar that had obviously been returned.
My heart sank at the thought of the battle I thought I was going to have with them; but I was so wrong. They took my call, apologised profusely, asked to send in a photo and on receipt emailed me back immediately to say that a replacement woul ld be delivered the next day and could I return the one I had been sent with the same courier.
I had constant email and texts alerting me to when the delivery would arrive and it was all on time.
All that and they were good on price as well.
