Nearly Perfect Service

I booked online for 2 new tyres on a Sunday afternoon, by 09.30 on Monday morning I had received a phone call confirming my preferred date and time slot (08.30 to 1.00). On the day I received a phone call to say that the fitter was running a bit late which I didn't mind. It was nearing 3 O'clock when I called to check that he was still going to be able to make it, the first person I spoke to was very friendly but had to put me through to someone else. This person was very gruff and in the short time that I spoke to him I could tell that he thought I was a nuisance, he promised me that someone would call me back but no one did. However 20 mins later the fitter turned up, he apologised and got on with the job, he was very polite. I would recommend this service and use it again. I didn't mind about the timing as things happen that you can't plan for.
