Turning my frown upside down

I ordered some items, received them last friday and 2 of the 5 were defective. I wrote a nasty gram complaint and immediately received a response. E-mail stated gladly sending replacements. I'll upgrade to 5 stars if received in a timely fashion and these are not defective. For first time purchase however, not impressed receiving non functional items that had the potential to harm my fur babies. Willing to give another chance if this is fixed.
