Questions, if responded to are never answered and instead, the question TheHut would like me to have asked is answered - what's that all about?
Emails confirming shipping are sent with tracking numbers but the tracking numbers are invalid. When asked why they send such emails if no tracking is available, the question is completely ignored - even after the third time of asking!!
I have two orders oustanding, neither of which have arrived and both of which are past their expected delivery dates. I wish I had read the reviews about this company all over the internet before I wasted my time and money. Never again
