Helpful and honest

My watch went for a battery replacement, but during the process a screw snapped which meant a complete new front. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and due to the delay in returning my watch in time for my diving trip, i ended up just paying for the battery replacement ascompensation for the dely. Which i thought was very nice and would definately consider using Mike's again with out a doubt.
