Pretty Good But need Improvements

I have ordered quite a few items of the hut, My overall experience has been good.
However delivery is quite long and also ocassional problems with wrong items being sent as my freinds experience with a jacket.

Also i have found the customer service experience overall good however need sum improvements as taken away customer service number on site just through ebayi, bad move i would think as submit form not a good idea

Products are a good standard and very helpfull when have spoken to customer services prevously. My suggestions would be reinstate number on website make sure all orders all correctly delivered out.

Price changes requently in small - large like a 20 pound difference in sun cases

Thats why 4 stars improvements to me would make a five star service quite happy to carry on purchasing but amendments need making as customer service paramount.
