Locally the cheapest around

Sending a parcel within the UK is a doddle using these Guys.
However when it comes to International shiipments their not so hot.
I got a great service from a Lady called Katie who helped me loads and was chatty and a pleasure talking to(give her a bonus) If your unlucky you'll get Daniel who appears to know absolutely nothing and leaves you hanging in live chat without a brb or anything.
I think they need to take on board that shipping outside of Europe requires a customs CPC code , unfortunatelyt this is not mentioned anywhere within the online booking procedure . It is a requirement of UK customs.
Also Live help needs to be available on the home page and not just when you place an order. Otherwise you go round in circles trying to find it!!
P2G IT Department please get it sorted. I'd still use you again for UK deliveries but I will think twice about International. Sorry but that's my opinion and you asked me for it...............
