Like many many others, I have also been a victim to Transglobal's shameful practices. They automatically charged my credit card an extra £20+ without my permission, because - according to them - my parcel was over the size I stated. This is ABSOLUTELY not true. I measured it accurately and they are just out to get more money. I have reported the transaction as fraud to my credit card company. Be very careful using this company - once they have your card details they feel like they can do what they want with them and keep charging you multiple charges for silly reasons that they provide no evidence in relation to.
I should have listened to all the warnings and avoided these sharks. Please don't do the same as me. Choose a more reputable courier company that won't make unauthorised extra charges to your card.
