I had my tent next day delivery, however the tent was faulty and I contacted the customer service for a replacement. The lady on the phone was fantastic. She did everything to make sure that I will have a new tent on time for my trip.
The new tent was perfect, used on the trip, looks really nice and easy to put. Strong, safe and a good value for money. (Foxsoutdoor had the best price for it)
Again a big thanks for your great, great customer service.
Don't order from this site!!!!They don't respect their customers and you wont get your order.
I ordered a memory card over a months ago and I am still waiting for delivery. They charged me for it but did not delivered it.
Try different sites if you want to get your order, this site is not honest. I contacted them, more than 10 times and no replay from them.
