Kwik fit phoned to cancel my next day mobile tire fitting booking and asked to rearrange in three days. Expressed that this was unacceptable as i had a slow punture so they offered a refund in 7 working days! Explained that I would need the money to purchase other tryes. Said there was nothing they could do so asked to speak to a manager. He was busy but was told he would phone me back in 5 minutes. Half an hour later he did phone back in which during our conversation he said that I had said that it was Kwik Fits fault that I had a slow puncture. Explained that I had said it was their fault but it was the reason why I wished to have them changed quicker than 3 days was told that they were not an emergency service but I shouldn't drive my car! Upon further discussion he agreed to phone my local Kwik fit ( which I would to drive too!) to see if they could take the booking instead and would get someone to phone me back.
The next person from Kwik fit phoned and asked me how they could help. Feeling upset and disappointed that my situation had not been explained to this new person I asked for a refund. At which point he said that he didn't know what I was talking about as this was the first time I had spoken to him and hung up on me!
